Powers

• Resurrected: Elektra died and came back through a profane ritual performed by the Hand. She reads as someone who has died to the right powers (like necromancy). See flaws for more. All powers she gained are part of this resurrection.
• Physical: Elektra is in peak athletic condition. She recovers from damage normally. Her flexibility and strength are equal to a master martial artist.
• Sharp Senses: Elektra's vision and hearing are superior to humans. She processes input faster, allowing her to react to danger while others are still ignorant.
• Psychic Invisibility: She has a degree of psychic invisibility due to her rebirth. She doesn't register to casual psychic scans, as telepathy or basic awareness slips right off her. It takes more effort for a psychic to "hold" Elektra in their sights and affect her. The white noise in her head gives her a minor resistance to probes, mind reading, and telepathy. Elektra cannot suppress this ability, and it works against friendly or enemy psychics.

Skills

• Assassination: Trained by the Hand and masters of ninjutsu, Elektra is a master assassin. She excels at recon, infiltration, extraction, and long-term observation to trail a mark. Killing quickly, efficiently, and silently without drawing attention is key. She can target pressure points or key physiology on humanoid creatures to inflict maximum harm.
• Athletics: She's a professional level acrobat, runner, and climber. Elektra performs excellent feats of agility and endurance. She swims moderately well.
• Languages: She speaks Japanese, Mandarin, and Greek. She understands limited Cantonese and Thai.
• Marksmanship: Put a gun or shuriken in her hands and someone will be dead plenty quick.
• Martial Arts: She holds a ninth degree black belt in ninjutsu, and black belt equivalent skill in several styles of martial arts, including judo, kenpo, escrima, kendo, and kickboxing. Her devoted practice is enhanced by a singular focus to master styles taught by her former sensei. She is one of the finest sai fighters on Earth, able to defeat armed opponents much greater in strength. With a pair of wakizashi, she can and will hurt you.
• Stealth: Elektra knows how to blend into a crowd, concealing herself with limited efforts, and using urban settings to elude trackers. She's a master at disguise, concealment, and silent approaches.
• Uneducated: Elektra does not retain much of her high school or prep school education except in math.

Advantages

• Armor: Elektra owns a suit of non-magical leather and cloth armour enhanced by a kevlar-like substance that can resist bullets. Her armour treated with a black finish makes her very hard to see in normal lowlight circumstances.
• Family: The Natchios family has wealth and the backing of the State Department. Her adoptive father served as the Greek ambassador (1955-1962). She moves freely in government and high society circles.
• The Hand: Elektra is being formed to take a leadership role in the Hand by her mentor. She has access to the resources of the organisation within reason. They provide weapons, materiel, supplies, and covers for her. She is treated as a privileged tool to be protected at all costs. No flunky says no without good reason. Through them she has smoke bombs, incendiaries and explosives, as well as toxins.
• Mentor: Elektra's mentor leads the Hand, a secretive criminal organization. She is treated with due courtesy expected of a teacher's pet. The mentor thinks of Elektra as her daughter, and will shake heaven and earth for her.
• Possessed: The Beast, the dark entity reviving Elektra granted her resistance to possession by less powerful beings. Any possession attempt has to displace it first. She has no defense against the Beast's possession.
• Weapons: Elektra possesses a set of sai modified by an arcane ritual so they shock anyone with a taser-force zap who tries to pick them up. Normal humans will be knocked back or stunned for up to a minute. Yes, she uses them as bait. She also possesses well-made katanas, wakizashi, escrima sticks, mancatchers, and other other weapons via the Hand.

Flaws

• Fractured: The Hand surrected Elektra through black magic, blood sacrifice, and forbidden arts. The process fractured her childhood memories and identity. She does not react normally in many social situations, prone to withdrawal or violent outbursts. She reads /wrong/ to people.
• Hand: Elektra serves the Hand, a shadowy organization tied to the mystic city of K'un L'un. They own her, controlling her. If she starts showing volition or free will, they're going to kill her if they can't reprogram her. She is a valuable tool, emphasis on /tool/. Not a person. An asset.
• Memory Hole: Elektra does not remember parts of her history or herself. Anyone who knew her before will immediately recognise she's very different.
• Sociopathic Spells: A side effect of her resurrection. Elektra does not really experience empathy or strong emotional responses. She views things with a clinical detachment. Cruel or sadistic acts don't bother her at all. She can fake it, though.
• Unstable: The dark resurrection left Elektra prone to walking black outs during periods of high stress. She might react with unflinching violence or flee, and remember nothing of the triggering episode.
• Red Label: Elektra makes lots of enemies as an assassin. She inherited all the enemies of her past life and now all the people she targets. Her only allies - Kingpin, the Hand - think she is expendable for their survival.
• Murder Addict: Murder fuels the Beast inside Elektra. It gives her a thrill and she comes alive a little more. She enjoys killing with few of the ethical quandaries.
