Warning: SITE I IN LOCKDOWN. SUBJECTS BETA LEVEL DANGER.
Agent Thompson assigned to supervisor duty over facility building C at "Site I." Permission sought on 10.01.1964 from Agent Marsh to expand privileges for the Virgo Program.
Observations from September demonstrate stability in program subjects. Subject responses remained within baseline range under a variety of physical, intellectual, and social stimuli. Four candidates are deemed fit for light duty under heavy supervision. Three candidates show marked improvements in brain activity following CALM therapy.
Agent Kess reviewed and approved the request on 10.03.1964. The program senior engineering team permitted a regimen two hours a day of edited content at building F. Committee recommendations of a minimum ratio of one subject to seven guards required until further notice and musical emphasis implemented on 10.08.1964.
Communication system utilizes BETA VERSION security protocols approved by Marsh and Coulson. Alert received from relay station 7 when Agent Thompson and technicians Elmy and Lockdale failed to report for 11:00 AM check-in. Secondary follow-up at 11:05 AM and 11:08 AM received no answer.
