Patients identified in two locations by SHIELD informants in West Berlin. Timing (01:29 AM, 01:36) and sitings two miles apart. Sketch provided by Berlin office and cross-referenced with O Division suggests NIKITA or MATVEI.

Doctor Farnsworth contacted Agent FURY on secure line in West Berlin headquarters to request he override the directive requiring Project Virgo patients be held in isolation. Reports submitted verbally and to the security committee documented severe mental deterioration in patients NIKITA, EVGENIY, KYR, ADAM. Approval granted 11.10.1964.
Doctor Ricoult presented testimony to senior committee members about patient NIKITA on behalf of O Division on 11.11.1964.
