Senator Ted Williams have been making some progress with the formalizing of anti-mutant legislation, relying heavily on a recent incident previously reported by the Bugle in article titled: "Mutants Rob MET in front of Dozens."
While a mutant obviously makde a prank letter to the editor claiming that the person responsible was no mutant, it's a clear cover up, further helped by the resounding silence from Aschwin Lippe, as previously mentioned, a known mutant lover.
As part of the new legislation the Senator has been devising is a requirement of all mutants to step forward and register, allowing law enforcement to learn about their powers in advance.
It is only one part of a multiple part plan to curb the mutant menace, more to come…
